Wildcats win in my heart

Okay, so maybe I like a little basketball. I've pretty much been an NBA fan (Go Blazers!) most of my life. But most recently my husband has introduced me to college basketball. Mainly the University of Kentucky Wildcats. It all started last spring during March Madness. The words: basketball, Kentucky, Pick and Roll, Final Four, etc. were heard daily. Like, what, are they important? :)
Yes I've heard of college basketball and I am aware of March Madness, I've just never really gotten into it. Until I married my husband. This past week I've watched the Wildcats play twice. I caught myself getting very upset when then continued to tie when playing North Carolina. I was even yelling at the t.v. along with my husband. I was pretty mad when they lost. I was a lot happier when they won against Notre Dame. I know I like them because my husband does and I will support him. Not to mention they are really really good! But mostly I think it's
 because of their colors. Kentucky Blue and White. I must say I really do like their uniforms. I also like the cheerleaders uniforms too. They are so cute! Very stylish indeed! Of course how could I forget the Wildcat mascot. Yes, I will decide if I like a team based on their uniforms and mascot. What? I'm a girl, that's what we do.
